Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders in Gauteng are processed within 2-3 business days, while orders from all other provinces are processed within 5-6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Due to the usage of external courier services, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Shipment may be delayed during holidays. No deliveries are made on Public Holidays and Weekends.

Sweetmart Cash & Carry ships to addresses within The Republic of South Africa.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Sweetmart Cash & Carry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns Policy

There are no refunds available but returning products and replacing them may be possible dependent on certain situations, these situations do not include damage or loss during shipment. We reserve the right to issue returns or not issue them dependent on the situation. We reserve the right to cancel return policies if any unauthorized transaction is suspected. We issue returns for Contracts within 5 days of the original purchase of the Contract.
